Bettina is driven by a deep passion for serving those in need. She believes in meeting individuals where they are—whether in an isolated crisis or through long-term growth—and walking beside them with compassion and practical solutions.

Previously, she served as the Development Director at Friends of Cornerstone Cleveland (formerly Cleveland Pregnancy Center), focusing on donor and church outreach as well as fundraising development. Most recently, Bettina was the Director of Support Services at Womankind Inc., connecting expecting parents and families with young children in need with vital resources. She brings strategic leadership and financial expertise to her role, ensuring a sustainable impact for the communities we serve.

Bettina is married to her husband Joe Herrmann and is the mother of two wonderful children—her son an adult and her daughter a teen. She and her family love attending the church that God plants them in, visiting other churches, and supporting homeless outreach initiatives. The whole family has a heart for serving the Lord and being the “Boots on the Ground” as His hands and feet to help others.
