Churches Helping Neighbors in Need
What if all the churches in our community united in purpose as One Church to share the love of Christ by serving and caring for our neighbors?
Churches would demonstrate unity in the Body of Christ as they work together proactively to help their neighbors in need. They could go beyond benevolence to building life changing relationships with those who do not know Christ. Churches could also avoid creating dependencies, addressing problems at their root and helping individuals move beyond their current circumstances. Unchurched people in their neighborhoods would encounter the Love of Christ as they are served by Christians who care.
We are here to help churches help people. Our mission is to equip churches with training and resources to better reach their community and build relationships with local families. We use the Apostle’s Creed as our unifying statement of faith. Love INC is designed as a network of pastors and churches that work together to meet legitimate needs in order to alleviate the strain on any one church. Resources are shared and volunteers have the opportunity to serve the lost and broken by using their gifts and talents. Pastors can refer people to us within their congregation or community and then we assist them in finding resources to help meet their needs. It is like having extra staff dedicated to reaching the community. We also identify gaps in services and resources within the community and inform churches of those ministry opportunities.
We are so grateful for all of our Church Partners! Without our partner churches, the ministry of Love INC could not exist. We rely on them for spiritual support through prayers for our staff and volunteers and their financial support for our operations.
