Michelle grew up in Northeast Ohio, the daughter of a Methodist pastor. After she graduated from Bluffton University she worked as an Analytical Chemist for several years. Currently, Michelle and husband Wes call Parma home. They have three adult married daughters and anxiously wait for grandchildren someday. Michelle grew up in a family with a passion for helping hurting people. Making sure people were valued and maintained their dignity were important aspects of helping people modeled by her parents. That philosophy drew her to the Love INC model of giving people a hand up and not just a hand out. She appreciates that Love INC provides charity compassion by providing for immediate needs, but moves beyond that and offers people an opportunity to restore hope and not just survive from one financial crisis to the next.

Michelle has worked at Love INC for four years. Two of those years she served as the Clearinghouse Coordinator and has now served two years as the Executive Director. Michelle and Wes attend Grace Church in Middleburg Heights where Michelle spent many years in Women’s Ministry leadership and loves teaching Bible classes. They also serve together in the marriage ministry.
